Hayat Cifci

Hayat Cifci is responsible of overseeing the new projects and portfolio companies; as well as managing cash for both Golden Horn Ventures and portfolio companies at Golden Horn Ventures. Prior to joining GHV, Hayat worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Finansbank. While at Finansbank, she prepared credit risk reports and performed in valuation, modelling and preparation of information memorandum. Previously, Hayat was a financial analyst in Global Due Diligence Management Project at ABN-Amro/Turkey; Risk Re-assessment team; where she focused on measuring the possible location and business activity risk of global clients of the bank.

Hayat also worked at 3 Seas Capital Partners as an analyst where she involved in the sale of non-performing loans tender of the government 1 billion $ portfolio, together with Goldman Sachs consortium and contributed to the strategic business development management advisory to a Turkish Healthcare company. Hayat has a bachelor's degree in International Finance (Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences) from Bilgi University.
